4. The Predictive Brain and Neuroplasticity: Understand that while the predictive brain is in control, we have the ability to shape it through consistent practice. This module covers establishing new neural pathways for better mental health outcomes.
5. Self-Awareness and the Resilience Spectrum: Explore the role of self-awareness in mental health resilience. Learn how the resilience spectrum can be a pivotal tool for assessing one's current state, locating stressors, and navigating through challenges, helping one find balance in life.
